Mike Tomlin knows that Jacoby Jones was coming down the sideline. He knew just look at the replay He made a move toward the field knowing that would allow his defender the time to catch up. Tomlin should of been flagged 15 yards. Maybe Jones should of been awarded a touchdown. But the fault lays with the NFL. They’ve allowed countless coaches season after season to violate the sideline rules.
I think that the coaches should get no warning. A 15 yard penalty for violating the sideline rules. Anyone past the line or beyond the boundaries should be flagged 15 yards. Two flags result in a ejection. We’ll see how important the sidelines are to the NFL.
