No more Paul Pierce the great one who wanted to be on the same level as Kobe Bryant has left the building. The relentless Kevin Garnet has left the building. And Doc Rivers has left the building. The Celtics only have Rajon Rondo left and hes going to be good only if he’s got other players to play with.
Boston has decided to send Pierce and Garnet to Brooklyn giving new coach Jason Kidd a couple of veterans to help give the Nets an edge they wouldn’t have without them. Yes they’re not as young but they know how to play and seen everything you will in a season and what they’ve got Brooklyn has no one like them.
Rondo could be the next player sent packing in Boston. Just how long Boston will take to rebuild is anyone’s guess. But they’ll have to start with the coach.
