The Wild Card in the NFL is as Wild as it has ever been. The NFC:
No Doubt the Seahawks are 10-1 and no signs of letting up until they lose again. Saints win move to 8-2 with Carolina at 6-3 and a Monday match-up against the Patriots both teams needing to win. Lions and Bears tied at 6-4 maybe the team in second makes it to hold a wild card. But 49ers and Cardinals in the west are also at 6-4. Eagles move into first at 6-5 with the Cowboys idle this weekend at 5-5. Right now the Wild Card is held by Carolina and even a loss will put them in at tie with 49ers, Cardinals, Lions or Bears. A lot of tie breaking going on right now. Too complicated to get into.
The AFC Broncos and Chiefs playing right now 9-0 vs 8-1. Both these teams look like they’ll both make the playoffs. New England 7-2 leading the division with the Monday night game vs Carolina. Jets and Dolphins both at 5-5. Bengals lead the division at 7-4 and Colts lead in the division 7-3. 4 teams in the AFC at 4-6. Jets or Dolphins and the loser of the AFC West will hold the wild card at the end of this week. Next week could change.
