You are important.  As a fan you can run your mouth all you want.  You can tweet.  You can rave and rant and say whatever on twitter.  You can make a v-blog or comment on numerous websites.  But the actual fact of the matter is football is the ultimate team sport especially in the NFL.  Trestman and Saban can get the blame formak ing a bad decision.  But players make plays or miss plays.  It’s everyone all in at game time for 4 quarters.  At the end of it you can hear all the commentary and speeches but only one thing seems to matter is win them all.

It is true that 16 games for a professional football player equals a lot of money.  It’s a job. It’s a media spectacle that everyone comes to watch especially during the holidays.  That isn’t just a coincidence. It’s marketing at it’s best.  Like a telecast everyone has to do their job to bring the broadcast from start to finish.  It looks easy but that 3 hours has to be a lot of team work.   The same teamwork exists in all of our lives.  But there the ones being watched every week.

Coaches get paid a lot of money in the NFL to do the job.  Fans have the right to comment about the job each one of them are doing.  The bottom line is you’ve got to win, make the playoffs and get to the Super Bowl.  You’ve got to improve the team.  You’ve got to initiate and lead by planning and hiring and be the leader who gets the best out of the staff and players. It’s not easy but that’s why you get paid the big bucks.  So Trestman is called out and blamed you’ve got to accept part of the blame.  Fans and Upper Management only want W’s and no L’s.  And even if you could do that someone, somewhere would still complain.
